Delivery
Know the production, appointment, and delivery flow before ordering.
The estimate shown on the product and order summary applies. Standard goods remain subject to mandatory legal delivery limits; a longer schedule for genuinely customized goods is valid only when disclosed and accepted before the order.
Production and delivery planning starts after the bank transfer is verified.
Made-to-order goods generally have a 45-day estimate; a product-specific disclosed period takes precedence.
Delivery is arranged by appointment. Access, lift, doorway, and room measurements must be suitable for the goods.
Inspect packages and visible damage at delivery and record missing or damaged items on the delivery report.
Standard goods cannot exceed mandatory delivery periods. If performance becomes impossible, the customer is informed and collected funds are returned within the legal period.
Payment and delivery progress can be checked with the order number and checkout email in Track Order.
