Returns, Exchanges, and Withdrawal
The statutory withdrawal right for standard goods is assessed separately from genuine customization exceptions.
For standard catalogue goods, consumers may give notice of withdrawal before delivery or within 14 days after delivery. The statutory exception may apply to goods clearly made to the customer's chosen measurements, fabric, color, or personal requirements. Being made only after an order does not by itself make a product personalized.
Send the request with the order number to the support address and do not ship the item before receiving instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, the item should be unused, complete, resalable, and where possible in its original packaging.
A customization exception must be clearly disclosed on the product and contract before checkout.
A statutory exception may apply after installation where the instructions require seller or authorized-service installation.
Rights for defective, incorrect, missing, or transit-damaged goods always remain reserved.
There is no automatic ten-percent deduction; any lawful cost responsibility is assessed case by case under the prior information and applicable law.
